It was time to downsize. Our house was under contract and we thought perhaps a townhouse might work for us, but after taking a second look at one, we knew it wasn’t a good fit. As we drove away, John turned right instead of left and there it was- a charming little house with a blue door and blue shutters and a For Sale By Owner sign on the lawn. By the next morning we had signed all the paperwork and were the new owners!
So right now we are packing up our house, selling and donating lots of things that won’t fit. We are going from 2300 square feet to 1300 square feet! Moving day is April 12.
